Strange cases that occurred and sparked controversy in which the killer turned into an innocent, and the perpetrator into a victim, mysteries revealed by investigations, and removed by the defenses of lawyers in the courtyards. The Seventh Day presents, over the course of 30 episodes during the holy month of Ramadan, the most prominent of these cases and their exciting facts.

This episode is narrated by Counselor Bahaa El-Din Abu Shaqa in his book “The Strangest Cases”…

He lived his childhood, youth, and youth deprived of the warmth of the family and the affection of his parents. His parents died in a car accident and left him as a child. He suffered the bitterness of orphanhood when he was young. Through their loss, he was deprived of the springs of tenderness and harbors of safety that help a person face life, but he did not lose his determination and determination to make his way.

God sent him a man from his relatives who stood by him, adopted him, and helped him until he completed his studies and obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He stood in line waiting for the train to be appointed by the workforce, and he saw that all the waiters who had preceded him had lost hope of getting a job.

His ambition in life was limitless, so he joined the flocks of migratory birds that preserve the land of oil and petroleum, where job opportunities are available to everyone, and he endured the torment of alienation and distance from family, friends, and loved ones in pursuit of money.

His exile extended for twenty years, during which he spent the flower of his youth in work that continued day and night until he was able to accumulate a large fortune. With it, he returned to his homeland and remembered in the midst of his exile and struggle that he had forgotten himself, and began to occupy and disturb him due to his long deprivation of the pleasures of life, so he did not know the world of women. His heart did not beat with love, as he deliberately closed his door so that there would be no free time for anything except his work and collecting money.

He met her and saw that she was a girl who was a little over twenty years old. God blessed her with a beauty that turned heads, bursting with overwhelming femininity and enjoying his attractiveness. So he sought to get to know her and wooed her a lot. The meeting was repeated and she felt that he created opportunities to meet her. She worked in a cafeteria in downtown Cairo. She saw in the sparkle of his eyes his admiration for her. There was a deep love hidden in his chest in the tones of his voice. He was generous with her in the “tips” he offered along with his requests.

He asked to meet her away from work. He told her the story of his life, his childhood, the years he lived working until he amassed a large fortune, and his deprivation of kindness and tenderness, and his search for a person who would compensate him for what he had lost… who would be like a mother and friend, away from desire and sex.

She agreed with him and welcomed him, and made him understand that she admired his struggle, perseverance, and insistence on success despite the difficult circumstances that surrounded him. She dispelled his fears that had gripped him due to the age difference between them, and gave him security and confidence. She convinced him that she had increased in him the soundness of his mind and good thinking, and she loved in him his sobriety and his experience in life. There is no comparison between all of these features that young people of his age lack.

The marriage took place with the blessing of the family and the clan, and the wife moved to his luxurious apartment overlooking the Nile. She lived a luxurious life in his shade, wearing expensive imported clothes… and adorning herself with precious jewellery, and used the latest cars that he had bought for her during her transportation… and drowning in the seas of her femininity quenched the thirst of deprivation.

But happiness does not last. He was injured in his spine while working, and the illness confined him to bed, and he felt a rapid change in her treatment of him. She did not stand by his side during his illness, which lasted for more than three years.

She had free rein on his money that he placed in the banks after she obtained from him a general power of attorney allowing her to spend whatever she wanted, and she gave free rein to her whims and desires. She stayed up until late at night, and if he asked her, she would answer him sarcastically that she was young.. and that she would not remain young as a prisoner of his illness. He kept his bitterness, his unhappiness, and his helplessness locked in his chest. He slept only a little during the day and at night, despite the medications, sedatives, and sleeping pills that he was taking. And while he was swimming in his imagination, reviewing the history of his life and the moments of happiness he experienced at the beginning of their marriage… they were emanating from the apartment of his neighbor, a graduate. The music institute that he recently lived next to them, and he lived alone in his apartment after completing his studies at the institute, and he spent his day and night playing, composing, and singing.

He felt that his wife had begun to stay at home for a long time and had grown tired of the month-long life as she listened intently to his warm voice, his music, and his dreamy melodies.

One night, he woke up and was overcome by insomnia, but the excessive dose of the sleeping pill he had taken did not help him overcome it. He did not find his wife in the bedroom. He searched for her all over the apartment but did not find her. He kept this thing hidden within his torn interior and his shattered psyche.. and he began to watch her at his expense. His collapsed nerves and his watchful, sleepless eyes.

The husband discovered that his wife was sneaking up on this young man, their neighbor, every night. She was adorned in the brightest and most beautiful nightclothes and perfumed herself with the most expensive and powerful perfumes… after she made sure that he had taken a large dose of the sleeping pill that she was giving him in a cup of milk without him knowing, in addition to the medications that he was taking and from Among them is another sleeping medication.

Since he discovered and confirmed her betrayal, sleep has fled from his eyes forever, and not all sleeping pills have succeeded in making him sleep with an eyelid, and dark thoughts have taken over his heavy thoughts, and his confusion has increased.. What should he do?..

Suddenly this husband was found murdered in his office room.

His diaries, which he recorded and kept in his desk drawer, included details of his life as before, since he received the shock of orphanhood when he was young until he faced the shock of life in his old age at the hands of his unfaithful wife.

He added in his memoirs that he felt that his end in life was near after he confronted her with her betrayal, and she shocked him in his feelings and feelings, and her answer was at the utmost dawn and arrogance, when she asked for a divorce from him… She reproached him for his manhood and that she found what she was looking for in this young man who brought her out of that grave, and that he was surprised. And more than that, which he did not expect… his wife threatened to kill him if he did not respond to her demand for divorce, and opened the door wide for her… the door to betrayal…

In addition to the husband’s memoirs, the Public Prosecution also found a recorded tape containing what was contained in the memoirs. The investigating prosecutor also found a report from the Public Prosecution accusing his wife of adultery with this young man and seizing his money.

Abu Shaqqa narrates… Investigations began, and it became clear that the maid was present in the residence at the time of the accident, so I summoned her and asked her… She confirmed what she had seen as harsh and severe behavior in the woman’s treatment of her husband after his illness, and she confirmed that the wife had gotten rid of her husband after she asked for a divorce and he was rejected, and that she saw her as a mother. Her eyes as she put poison in the “okra dish” that she served him for lunch in his office.

But the confusing thing was that the wife was in tears, insisting on denying that she had killed him, and she confessed her love for this young man, “Yes, I loved that young man, the musician. I saw in him the boy of my dreams. I admired the sweetness of his voice and the softness of his speech. I was hoping to be linked to him forever so that he would compensate me.” My femininity, which I missed with this old age… I asked for a divorce from my husband so that I could be with him, but he refused.” She swore the most ferocious oaths that she had not killed him or betrayed him.

The wife was detained pending investigations, and a decision was issued to perform an autopsy on the husband’s body to determine whether he had injuries and the instrument used to cause them and whether they were vital or not, as well as to indicate whether he ingested a toxic substance, its type and its effect in causing the death, and whether the death was a result of this substance. Or the injury on his forehead?

The surprise was the medical reports. It was proven from the analysis report that the fingernails of the accused and the maid were free of any toxic substances, while it was proven from the anatomical report of the victim’s body and the analysis of his intestines that he had consumed a highly effective toxic substance in his coffee drink and that it was the cause. Death.

But what raised astonishment were the statements of the maid, who was considered verbal evidence before the wife that the victim’s stomach was empty of food, after she confirmed that the wife was the one who put the poison in the okra dish.

Here I became certain that the maid was lying and that there was a secret behind this lie that must be revealed, as the truth of the incident lies in revealing this secret.

I summoned the maid and confronted her with her lies and that she had to tell the truth, as with these false statements she was committing the crime of misleading justice. In fact, there were doubts approaching certainty that she was behind the murder of the victim.

The maid collapsed, stressing that she would tell the truth and would not hide anything… saying: “The wife is innocent, she did not kill him… The husband committed suicide… He is the one who found in this suicide a salvation for his life, an end to his mother, and an end to his torment… But will he let his wife enjoy the money he spent his life on? He gathered it and married that young man, the musician, so that he could enjoy his money and be happy with her beauty?…So he must destroy her as she destroyed him…to destroy her as he destroyed her, her and her lover, to deliver her with his own hands to the gallows…she killed everything in him.”

The maid went on to say: “Yes, he decided to take revenge on his wife and her young musical lover. He felt that his life had become worthless, and he and the dead person were the same… So he gave me a large sum of money, put the poison in front of my eyes in a cup of coffee, and sipped it in front of me after he agreed with me to accuse the wife of having sex with me.” Poison, and confirmation of her betrayal of her husband so that she would not inherit from him.

By analyzing the victim’s nails, the maid’s speech was confirmed. Another surprise was that the young man, the musician, returned from abroad after an absence of nearly two months and immediately went to the prosecution to give his statement, saying: “Yes, she used to visit my apartment next door when her husband went to sleep.. She used to complain to me.” The cruelty of her life with the man for whom she became a nurse, not a wife…and the pulse of love began to creep into her heart and take over her feelings.”

He continued: “One time, she suddenly, frankly, and with insistence without the slightest doubt, asked me to help her get rid of her husband by killing him because he refused to divorce her. I completely refused to share her thoughts. And I felt at that moment that I was being deceived by her. I saw in her eyes for the first time the meanness, deceit, and betrayal.” …and I made an irreversible decision between myself and myself to leave the apartment and travel to sing in one of the Arab countries in fulfillment of the desire of a contractor who asked me to do so.

When she was proven innocent of the charge against her of killing her husband, I had no choice but to release her, and I saw boundless joy covering her face. Her innocence had been proven, and now she was going out to life without restrictions and now possessing great wealth.

The very next morning, he came to the investigation officer who had participated in the investigation of the murder case to present to me – with a smile on his face – a report for a new case.

So I asked him about the secret of his smile.. He started to say – “I know, Your Honor, the woman who was released yesterday after it was proven that her husband committed suicide and that she killed him.. So I said…” Yes.. and what does this have to do with the report that you have now…

He said, “This record is for her.” She quickly grabbed the record and immediately realized the secret of his smile. Her luxury car overturned and fell into the Nile, and next to her was a drunk young man who met the same fate. She was driving around like crazy after a loud evening, in which she cleaned herself off. Dust of the past..

She escaped the gallows twice, but she did not escape Heaven’s punishment… She is truly “just… Heaven”…
